@TheRiisingSun By gamble he means answer the question – yes. He could have jumped the question and forfeited the double money if he didn’t want to guess. What puppyking999 was asking is if the contestant gets to choose which question will be doubled and they do not get that choice.

@mecha03 Thank you. I love this show so much in my country (Thailand) this show was over since 2008 and I can’t watch US version because no any cable TV buy it except “Survivor” and “The Amazing Race” they air both of them 7 hours after CBS first run.

@puppykung999 I think you’re asking if the contestant gets to pick which question will be doubled before they start? No. The computer randomly picks a question to be doubled before the game begins – the player has no control over it.

They have choose only one question before answer that. Which question do you want to double money? Right?

Had someone got 10 for 10 with the double on the 25 thousand, Question 11 would see them risking 92600 of their money for an extra 6400. Slightly odd.

I hear you added an extra $10,000-$25,000 win cue to make it sound louder.

I’m glad they tell you where the Double your Money is. The agony of jumping the $25,000 question, which he may have considered, would have doubled.
